The station was great. A nice little station tucked away in the fields of England. There were no problems with staff and they were very nice. Apparently, the station used to have a ginger cat who would stay around the station called gingy. The cat died in 2007. The station had great design, and the waiting room was clean and quiet. A nice place to stop at if you are ever on a train going by.
Excellent customer service. My train scheduled cancelled but they were able to arrange for an alternatives quickly. We were being carried along while waiting. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience putting a vulnerable adult onto the train to Leicester. The administrator at the ticket office was so helpful, friendly and reassuring. Caroline the Assisted Travel person was excellent. And someone fro British Rail was more than helpful in the car park. Many thanks to all
I really really like this railway station I've been to a few and this is right up there with Watford High st.Station I used to live with a Seagull on the roof there after my wife left we overlooked the coffee shop not me and my ex the Seagull ,he was a trifle noisy but a jolly fellow any way Im off subject Kettering is a little more rural and more Pigeons

Fast efficient station with good facilities. The taxi service from the station was a little confusing, the app on my phone (Uber) didn’t work there and said that I needed to contact a local firm, which wasn’t the stations fault, but the onward journey arrangements weren’t very clear to me…
